About PeakMD
As the founder of PeakMD, I leverage my extensive experience as a division chief, medical director, and course director alongside my expertise in career coaching to empower physicians in achieving meaningful professional growth. I specialize in guiding early- to mid-career professionals through pivotal career transitions, including establishing a distinctive niche, advancing into leadership roles, and negotiating positions that support long-term success.

With firsthand experience in academic medicine and health system leadership, I understand the complexities of balancing clinical responsibilities, teaching, and research while striving for a fulfilling career path. My approach is strategic, personalized, and results-driven, providing physicians with the tools they need to navigate critical career moments—from preparing for high-stakes interviews and crafting impactful communication to effectively planning their first 90 days in a leadership role. My goal is to help physicians build successful, purpose-driven careers without compromising their well-being.

In addition to my coaching work, I serve in leadership roles, where I contribute to faculty development, teach medical students, and lead institutional initiatives. I am deeply committed to professional identity formation, advancing women in leadership, and promoting physician wellness.
